Season Opening Dinner This Friday

We have a great turnout of 34 people attending the Season Opening Sailors’ and Volunteers’ Dinner this Friday, 3 August at the Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club. Arrive at 7pm for drinks and 7.30pm dinner. Come on time so you get to drink your share of the bar tab.

Don’t forget to come dressed in black and white – you can wear anything as long as it is black and white! There will be a prize for best costume – as decided by Clare Alexander and Peter Collie.

To make things easy on the night, here are the seating arrangements – every table setting will have a number.  When you arrive, draw one black card, one white card and one red card.  The black card has your place number for entrées, the white card has your place number for mains and the red card has your team number for a game we are going to play between entrées and mains.  When we sit down for dinner, just find the place number on the table that matches your black card number, and that’s where you sit for entrées.  We’ll explain the rest as the evening progresses. We’re looking forward to a great night!
